Lovely, French oil on canvas still life painting, Depicted on a table is an open lidded wicker basket filled with cherries. Alongside there sits a panier of apples and oranges and a plate of open oysters. A lemon rests ready to be squeezed over the oysters and a peeled orange sits with its tempting segments ready to eat.
