Wonderfully, decorative, French terrestrial globe [Delarmarche. E.Bertaux, Editeur. G.Thomas , 11 Rue du Sommerard, Paris] This unrestored, terrestrial globe dates to the late 19th century. It is perfectly usable, but has wear commensurate with age and use. It stands on an ebonised turned wood base and is held in a charming brass frame.
