Charming, small round cherry wood French vigneron table .With turning lyre shaped support to shaped base. 

19th century with later restoration to top.

These folding tables were a traditional part of the French wine harvest, vendange to taste the wine and celebrate with friends and family. 

With trestle supports and a tilt top function, these tables allowed for easy storage in the cellar and movement outside for wine-tasting.

This evocative wine table will transport you to the French vineyards and is suited to a range of interiors and functions.
