19th Century beautiful oval carved bread board with matching carved knife.
The bread board is intricately carved with alpine flowers to the rim with the words 'Donnez-Nous Notre Pain Quotidien' [Translation: Give Us Our Daily Bread].
To the centre of the board is carved a wheat and harvest tools.
The matching knife is also carved with alpine flowers and has a leather protective sleeve.
