Charming pair of French 19th century salon chairs with very pretty carving. These chairs feature shield-shaped upholstered backs within an open carved wood framework with beautiful detail and remains of old gilding. They rest on column reeded and tapering legs. Original fabric with studding. The fabric has some marks & wear, as expected, consistent with age and use.
