Fabulous, dining table designed by George Ciancimino for Mobilier International . With his distinctive extruded aluminium cloverleaf column design and heavy brown smoked glass top, this superb table works equally well as a desk or centre table. The height is adjustable with ingeniously designed feet.

George Ciancimino was born in Algiers in 1928 and began his career in Paris where he worked as a ceramicist and sculptor's assistant. He moved to North America in the 1950's where he became involved in furniture design before moving to London where he and his brother had an antique business.

Later in the 1960's, with his passion for modern industrial processes, Ciancimino returned to design and went on to develop his own interior design consultancy. His work was successfully licenced with a number of prestigious companies , including Mobilier International in France
