Charming 19th Century French 'banquette de cantou de cheminée' or fireplace bench. 


This lovely country piece with its beautifully faded paint, dates to the 19th century and is from the Auverne region of France.

  

An honest piece that suits many interiors and uses. It would look fabulous in an entrance way or mud room.
